I'm just stating my personal opinion here with regards to security. It's one of the many reasons I run Unix.
I wouldn't give out the source NO way. Heck I have some process control software (Dos) and I just 4 months ago sold the source code. Of course I made sure the customer I sold 2 was 100% moron before I sold it.
