Why is "fucking N..r" okay in music and not okay otherwise

Just enjoying my kids selection of music... fucking n....r this fucking n....r that...

which begs to ask the question, since we don't have a large black population here... why is it that this language is okay if somebody is singing it (I use "singing" loosely here) and not okay if someone speaks it

why wouldn't it not be okay in either case?

or is it depenant on the colour of who happens to be singing the lyrics?

so if a white guy sings fucking n....r, and or a black guy sings fucking n....r is it only okay if the black guy says it, or is it okay if both white and/or black guys sing it?

damned if I know who's singing it, because I don't know the group or whatever...

I guess I'd have to look at it from the point of view, if the guy was singing "fucking white bastard, I'm gonna kill you..." then if it was a white guy singing, it might be considered okay, but a black guy, might be considered to be inciting racial hatred

the us has a large black population, how do you guys in the us relate to this crap?

whitey, cracker and honky don't have the same meaning and hatred that n___r have when said by a white person. It's not hypocrisy. No matter what we(blacks) call white people out of anger it won't amount to people being hung from trees/whipped/protested against/spat on because they are n____r's. And i've never seen a law that it was ok for us to say cracker/honky, etc nor have I ever referred to a white person. I prefer the word "bitch". I've never understood where the word "cracker" came from and how it applies to white people.

When I hear the word cracker I think of Ritz crackers with cheese slices on them.
