Seriously though, I don't think so. Just defaulting on loans or ripping off patents isn't enough to get us to go to war. It might eventually get you an embargo, like with Cuba, but not a war. Before 9/11, perhaps the US would have built up toward a war with drug-exporting South/Central American countries like Columbia, but Brazil isn't a playa in either drug exportation or terrorism, just for having a kinda sad economy, and that's true of most of the world these days. There are just too many countries ahead of you on our "nations we'd like to someday conquer" list.Comment
