Depends on how you define lose. It's unimaginable that we'll lose this war, get driven from Iraq with Saddam still in power. But there will be costs, both monetarily and human. Only time will answer that question.

As for their excuses, the only sure thing is they will blame any and all failure on someone other than themselves. But thats if they even admit any failure to begin with, which aint likely. Bush said today he thinks the "war is going well".

Residential shopping mall in Kuwait City just hit by a missile.

This war will end with the tactical nukes used. It's going to get out of hand and the U.S. will have to finish it off with a nuke.

It is a just war, as you can see the Middle East is a shithole filled with dangerous religious madmen, the citizens are for the most part are poverty stricken hostages. These countries are rich with the world's most valued commodity what you see on your TV is an indictment of the cretins who are in power.

This isn't a failure by the United States, it is beginning to look like they underestimated the enemy............ENEMIES........there are so many scumbag countries helping this lunatic that we might not be able to finish the job without a nuke.

I believe some of the Northern Iraqi cities are getting hit with missiles as well. Iraqi missiles. Which can be expected I supposed, but they're firing directly into the city.

If we had removed Saddam at the time, people would be bitching we overstepped our bounds and went too far past our stated objective of kicking Iraq out of Kuwait.
