We've found that the returns on anything after the second consoles are pretty negligble.

Agreed, the first console does very well, and the second does ok. But the third (and more) do nothing more than piss off the surfer. The click ratios drop through the floor after 2 consoles.

And, yes, this is based on hard numbers after running console programs for the past 4 years.
