Myles, back in June 2002 I contacted jason[a]cologroup.com about hosting a dedicated Redhat box with cologroup.com. After investigating several references (which all proved positive) I ordered a Cologroup box from Jason. But after one month of promises and excuses, you and your Redhat guru (despite "doing your best") proved incapable of performing a basic Redhat install.
Then following your bizarre telephone tirade I announced that I wanted to cancel my contract (a request you ignored repeatedly, instead e-mailing incoherent rantings) and find a new host. I then received an e-mail from Jason advising me that the whole debacle was your fault and that he intended to sack you.
Jason said:

As I said, I will promplty refund your monies and I will personally deal with Myles. I hope this does not reflect Cologroup as a company as the problems are clearly defined by one employee who will no longer be with our company when I return to the office. If you are never willing to give us another chance, I understand.
I will contact you when Myles has been removed, and the new replacements are hired which should be less than 2 weeks. If you stick with your current host for now, and you would be willing to let me redeem our company and make up for your troubles, I would give you the server for 2 months at no fee to you. Much as I have disagreements with Jay it has really dawned on me how likable a fellow he is compared to some of the absolute C U N T S on this board. To the non-sadists out there my apologies for even answering the imps the only way they learn is the way Saddam learns.
