Who would you all pick to transfer/register your domain with between Dotster and Godaddy? I like them both, I think godaddy is a little 'slow' but other then that its good.

directNIC for great interface
tucows/opensrs for cheap bulk registrations

DirectNIC has the best interface, speed and the pricing is good if you buy in bulk.
For single registrations GoDaddy is less expensive, but takes a lot longer to do a registration on.
Bottom line, like anything you get what you pay for.

I wouldn't recommend RegisterFly.com. I tried to register two different domain names (second one a month after the first). Both failed, but despite that, I got billed. Tried talking to their support crew thru chat, but it's wasn't satisfying and they weren't helpful at all.
I use PowerPipe.com for all my .com/.net/.org's and they rock.

I use www.dd24.net myself. A great company. Great support, and also the webinterface is easy. ALso a registerlock, so it can't be transfered. They call you first be4 changes are made on the domains you locked.
Further they renew domains automatically every year, unless you say don't
