If you need a merchan account you should work with Netbilling.
Jettis is a third party and you can work without mercant account.
But I prefer ACPAY to Jettis.

Jettis, Netbilling, Epoch and a few others do gateway services. I'd lean towards one that you can get a firm commitment that they'll be standing behind the adult industry and not bailing like Paypal. I would not go anywhere else.
I'm sure Jettis is great, but netbilling specializes in gateway processing and has many feautures geared towards multiple merchant account processing and adult merchants.
All of their customers have their own merchant account from what I know and this makes us very confident in their longevity as they do not take the risk. So, we do not need to worry about them being gone tomorrow.
