I am a proud American and will probably never expatriate. But, I have to say that Costa Rica is extremely tempting. What an awesome country!
There are tens of thousands of European and American expatriates there already that have built a great little network of business people and there's TONS of bandwidth to go around.
The women are EVERYWHERE, hot as HELL and all naughty, little catholic girls wanting to be corrupted. Porn's legal, Prostitution's legal, nobody pries into your shit for nothing. The cops all take cheap bribes just like Mexico and you can just shoot anybody who pisses you off and throw their body into the Rain Forest.
You can buy a 5 bedroom house on a mountain overlooking the ocean for about $50000 and get a driver, security, chef and a maid all for about $10000 a year. Now, that's living baby!
