This is news? Russia and Iraq go way back, much of Iraq's military hardware is Russian the rest is from the French and Germans. The very underground bunkers that the brass live in is German made. During the 1st Gulf War we did not have a weapon that was capable of penetrating them. Now we do.

It is a great pity that due to the sanctions Russia could not sell the "Scorpions" (little Stealth technology made ship) to the Iraq

It has defence against any aircraft and rockets, AND (the best part - it has anty-ship rockets Yachont on board The newest russian rockets, defence against which still haven't any fleet in the world .

1 volley of this Scorpion (with Yachonts) and the whole aircraft carrier group (with the convoy) are on the bottom of the sea

Scorpions are also know in the world as "aircraft carriers killer"

Brand new S-400 - it can hit any target, incl. stealth-made little aircraft (incl. spy-aircraft with no pilot) and it can hit BALLISTIC NUCLEAR HEADS which speed is 4.8 kilometres per second !

Radar's of the S-400 can see very little objects (for example it can SEE and HIT an object with dimensions of football ball on the distance of 80 kilometres!)

If it wasn't for the fact that Iraq has no airforce to speak of, the US/UK would be getting their butts kicked out there.
