                                          You're better off just building another gallery design and getting your galleries out there. An unposted gallery makes you $0.

                                                                              Read it again. I think he is saying he runs a free host that makes money by redirecting portions of traffic. Look at all that stuff about "redirect" and "free host". He was probably trying to say that someone else put the gallery on his freehost. He may even run a freehost that will host real domains which would explain why you say it's "on his domain".

His English seems to be very bad and his behavior seems to be offendive from what you have posted here (though he's saying that first he was trying to explain normally with you, you just passed on this part), but he does BUY content from me on a regular basis that means he doesn't tend to steal (I think so because the content is a first what chieves stole, not a design) and he really runs a free hosting, I'm sure in that, I bought some traffic from him. And I must stress that he warned me of the quality of his traffic, gave me a free test portion first, the traffic I paid for was real and good for that price, and overall, he always behaved like a decent business person.

                                                                                                                                                                              So I think the matter was most likely that - that gallery you was not his and he was not aware it's stolen. Being a freehost it's impossible to track on all the galleries. He just kills accounts when he got a complain that some gallery is stolen. That's how it works. You had to ask him politelly to kill the gallery, not charging him those 1500, that's it. And no one gallery design costs $1500, I think. I can order at least 5 designs for that price.

It so happends that after this post the "who is" info has CHANGED. Why do you think that is?
