910kbps is kinda high for wmv.
Sure it's high quality but with around 750kbps you won't see much of a difference.

If you got enough time you could offer them in more bitrates.
like 200kbps / 400kbps / 750kbps

really? i was always under the impression that .Wmv media did not adapt to lowered framerates very well (whereas Mpeg does Ok at 15fps, etc.)... WME8 was like this, has it changed in WME9 perhaps..?

I have always used 15-20 FPS with wmv 7 and up.

Also I use mono not stereo. Cuts down the file size a little.
