                                              the script quite obviously doesn't cache the thumbs locally, that's why it loads like ass.

                                              no wonder it has only 10k in traffic.

                                                                      How does this work, are you using something that finds some prominent facial feature (like a pair of eyes) and then decides the size of the chunk to cut out? It creates some interesting looking thumbs, I like them.
