Yeah Kara's always did well for me. Maxcash doesn't do enough promotion anymore so we never hear from them.

I checked and they finally have something esle than monthly payout - bi-monthly.

Too bad none of their support staff have ICQ listed otherwise I would be promoting them but since I am building this tonight - I will be using Hardcore Digital from ARS.

A little bit of valuable info for you other sponsors - have ICQ available for late night communication.

Yes, CECash works the best with that kind of keyword because it's really a 3 day free trial and you're allowed to emphasize that so you can add that in text (that for the free trial surfers get full access to all the massive collection of sex pictures and movies), also Wegcash pays $35/free 1 day trial where you can say the same (and both their FPAs state the same).
