Im sorry, but this guy who drove back to the jail is just a plain moron ... youre right IMHO with other issues, im disgusted with mandatory minimums and dope smokers in jail, ... taking up space and therefore real criminals being paroled ... but fuck ... this guy is obviously missing a chromosome.
here is one area where europe is far ahead of the US ... most people i know in the US joke about driving drunk (and i personally know more than one person who has either killed or been killed) ... in europe they look at you like a complete asshole if you even hint at driving drunk... dont know if its harsher laws or culture ... but its interesting
