did you get any of the content at all yet? like did you get this email wtih login information? and can you tell me if the FTP is still up and running if you did?

I did I got a email and downloaded the pics only for this year. Last I talked to him he said he was getting the videos ready, and would email everyone again once they were finished.

Ok guys here's what's going on
I only have a hosting account now that has 100 megs of space (Temporary) This sucks big time, just to keep the domain online why I make the change over
I now have over 250 megs of content ready now
I've have order a new dell server with (2) 40 gig drives, and 1 gig of ram.
It was cheaper to buy it, then to just least it
I had to do this for a reason, more space for content...

I have now worked out a deal with 2 other photographers to help them sell their content also
Well talking over 50,000 pics and videos

I am in the process of redesigning the whole site to sell 15 new Content CD's ( All Public Nudity Stuff )
Mardi Gras, Spring Break, Wet T-Shirts Contest, River Titty Fest, Naked Biker Babes,

So when it comes on line. I will then remail everybody with the new url for downloading the new stuff including the rest of the pics and videos

I was hopeful that the new server would have been received by now and setup.
But every try waiting on something from dell.

So far I have edited another 160 photos and 46 videos for the Mardigras Gras 2003 content

Plus it's hard working around 2 grandkids age 8,10 that are home for 2 weeks for their sprink break from school

I can only get about 3-4 hours a night of work done.
Tomorrow they both go back to school, and then I'll have the real time to get some stuff done.

just email me your mailing address, and I'll burn and mail you out a cd - I can burn about 4 cds an hour?

Note these videos have been edited with no sound, and compressed for faster loading.
The originals will not be compressed, and will have sound

I'm going to call my host tomorrow morning and see if I can get and additional 300 megs of space for a week.
That should take care of all the mardigras content for the donators.

If not I'll get back to you about that hosting space.

Boy it's hard making zip files for all these new CD's that I am going to offer
I figure 100 photos per zip file,
and 25 videos per zip files,
That way the new content cds will be just about 8 zip files for downloading

I know everybody is going to want a thumbnail index with each zip file, and a thumb index for each CD that will be mailed out.

Everyone will have the option of either uploading, or a hard copy CD by mail

Looks like I'll be burning the midnight oil for the next week
I just got (8) 2 hr videos friday, that I need to cut up into 10 second clips, 60 second clips, and 2 minute clips, plus a whole lot of still captures.

I'm working on my daughters new computer and she doesn't have ICQ, as soon as I get mine back from computers 4 sure with my new 80 gig drive, I'll be able to go back on online with ICQ.
Hopefully tomorrow.

My old 20 gig drive would of not held all the content plus site design, and stuff

Oh well off to bed, I need to drop the grandkids off at school in the morning (Thank God, A whole 8 hours to work) before I have to pick them back up

13 CDs @ 400 images each = only around 5k images. Where do you get 50k?
