        The actual customer support section i was referring to is http://askcs.com/ not www.paycom.net, paycom.net is the same company. And what imposing is not slander its called exercising my freedom of peaceful protest.

            A Pre-Auth does NOT remove funds from your account. Also, a Pre-Auth would NOT put your account into the negative. Now tell me is that good customer service! I hear people talking about other billing companies on other boards and you dont see there representitives posting offensive replies to there customers?

                                                                                        When you have a subscription with a company and you cancel the fucking subscription , get a confirmation email that says your subscription is cancelled YET your account with the company says your subscription is active - just for you to go and try to cancel again and the same thing - and STILL get charged for something you cancelled yet you have THREE cancellation confirmation emails in your box saying otherwise.... WTF!

I was not born yesterday I know the employees of paycom.net are behind allot of the threatening and rude comments in regards to this situation. It doesn?t take a rocket scientist to figure that out. I am not the actual person that was directly evolved in this. He is a trusted good friend of mine and seeing how a company treats a fellow customer really pisses me off.

I didn?t expect this great of a response I was just venting some frustration towards my treatment. I requested for this thread to be removed but no one will answer my emails. I?m not trying to start a war I just wanted to do a mini protest. If anyone knows the moderator please tell him I want him to remove my original thread. When I start getting threats to my family via then I think this thread and all contents of this thread need to be removed.
