Iraq now has 35 American prisoners

Seems the number of prisoners is getting higher by the minute...makes me think there must have been a battle and the americans lost bad, just wondering wen the americans will start coming clean on the death toll, most russian media has american deaths running around 3,000 plus.

Amusing, considering that the Muslum religion is a peaceful one, and Allah is supposed to be a peaceful god.. It's only the truly militant hardcore extremist muslums who take it to this extreme. It's sad, and reflects badly on the entire faith as a whole. I feel very sorry for those many who have to suffer for the stupidity of the few. Guess these guys haven't read the Koran lately.

Rumschfeld is censoring CNN. He just said that he will not allow the US stations to show the footage of American deads and prisonners, to protect them.....

I saw the footage on RDI that came from Al-....

WAr is not the pretty CNN picture that they try to sell to the US....

That is why before ressorting to this ultimate measure, you must EXHAUST all peacefull negociations ( yes, I said peacefull, because the US were conducting "Bully" negociations, more like blackmail)

The Russian media have hundreds of Journalists on the ground in Iraq as well as direct line to Iraq government officials.
The Russian media reported American hostages 12 hours before the american media admitted it.
The Russian media has consistently been up to 12 hours ahead of the americans on this war.

I can tell you one thing, most of the troops and commanders, like at the company level, if they see the video's or find out about them (which) they will, it will be shoot and ask questions later. The Iraq Gov. just *FUCKED* there military.

The fact is, that it was only through high american deaths and the fact that only towards the end of the war the people actually started to hear the FACTS on these deaths that the war finished.

Ya know, I wouldn't doubt the death toll being 3000. It's hard to believe that with what they're telling us, that there's more soldiers getting killed in accidents then in battle.

I'm sure that the Iraqi soldiers don't suck that bad, where they can't kill our soldiers, like ya say, it's a way, people have to die on both sides.

that is dead on my friend... i lost family in vietnam too, and theres a good chance i will lose some again due to this incursion... when there is full disclosure about this farther down the road there will certainly be some americans bitter against their administration..

america learned it's media lesson the hard way in vietnam.

Think back to the last gulf war - if you believe CNN the USA only lost somethnig like 50 soldiers to that war, and all due to their own equipment failures or friendly fire. Come on now...

.... the losses in aircraft they reported was actually LESS than the usual amount of losses for peace time tactical manuvers training.

I'm for this war, but it is a war and there WILL be lives lost. It's just not good propaganda to admit that a towel head actually killed a US soldier, even if that same US soldier killed 20 towel heads first.
