Well it took me 3 damn days and a ton of headaches, but jimmy helped me figure it out in ThumbsPlus and I did a batch of 182 pics in like 30 seconds........ so MY life is made much easier now....... you should use the one in there, because as you see, it came out pretty clear and the images didn't suffer the cost of it.
