Fucking Password Theives!!!

OK, What is best way to stop the people who sign up for a membership, then turn around and put it up on their freepassword websites?

Stats show which people who are abusing us and our content, but my question is, it our responsiblity to just cancel them and monitor the stats inhouse, or is there a script that can tell when a user/pass is being used by too many users. (we use ccbill)

Two user names to lookout for:

We are blocking a user if he is trying to log into the site more then 5 times a day, so if the password is out there, only 5 people will be able to enjoy it

Just for your question its very easy to stop passtraders

Just use http(s) login pass form not in normal pop-up
And pennywize for stop leecher pass by the way..

You should contact the big sponsor companies that these guys have on their sites and ask them why they allow them to promote their sites on a site that is all about ripping people off.

We are blocking users by IP ..
Only 2 can enjoy it but after it the owner should apply for new password. Its not so dificult to make such script...

Cool so you block all people that use proxy servers? Don´t worry
only a few small ISP´s route their users through proxies. For
example there is this company called AOL they´re not that big
though.....so don´t worry about it.

500 more people can login with same ip ??

I meant by username connected from IP.
Every login saved to database and every few mins running cron which checks if there are not too many same users from different networks.
BTW we have developed new script which solves many of those problems .. You could see the interface at www.youngporn.net

Use Bot Buster at http://www.botbuster.com
It will stop all attacks and you can track and block IP addresses, limit the # of IP addresses from each account etc etc. Its a great program for about $150 per site no monthly fees .
We use it on 20 sites and all are working very well

www.pennywize.com would allow your users to access your site as many times as they want per day and detect they're IP add so if they where to access your site via several IPs it would kick in and close that account automatically.

Members get a warning about sharing username/password so it solves that problem.
