Mac and Bumble is currently seeking to hire someone to become the full-time webmaster of
all the company websites. You will work closely with the Creative Director and the
programmers to implement graphics and code into both new and existing projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least some experience in programming with PHP,
as well as some experience in Photoshop.

As the webmaster, you will be responsible for the following:

? Create and update web content including layout, graphics, and functionality
? Implement and maintain graphics and code developed by others
? Manage text content produced by contributors
? Write database queries, develop and maintain programming for web pages and web applications
? Create, develop and integrate dynamic pages from templates
? Optimize website performance on search engines
? Handle affiliate and member support
? Work with outside contractors to implement new projects and concepts

The candidate must have the following skills:

? Unix/Apache
? Mysql/PHP
? Proficient in HTML
? Good understanding of site usability
? High attention to detail and quality standards
? Ability to multi-task and deliver on tight deadlines
? Excellent communication skills
? Rapid development of creative, intuitive and compelling designs
? Thrive in a small office work environment

The ideal candidate might also have these skills:

? Working knowledge of Photoshop
? Proficient in Premiere and Cleaner
? Experience working in the adult market
