    Maybe selling paysites.. 3000 actives

Grossing $120k per month off these particular sites..of course if the traffic stopped it would trickle down.. it is about 30 sites with really good tours, 3000~ active members billing @ $40 per month. Buyer will probably want to re-work the backends, though.. It's too much work for me to go through the hassle of it all..

I'm thinking about getting into other stuff and just don't have the time anymore..

Roughly, how much you think this is worth? And anyone interested?

Oh, btw, processing is Epoch. The best thing to do would be for you to just transfer the members to your master account, because if the traffic stops, the CBs would go way up and Visa would blacklist the URLs.. that's sort of the reason I want to sell, because I don't want to put forth the effort to get 200~ sign ups per day anymore, and just want quick $ and want to get out.

Where is your traffic currently coming from?
I post on GFY so that when people ask me what I do,
I can tell them that I work with the mentally retarded.

          self generated traffic ..

to be candid, if someone bought the sites, the traffic would stop, since I wouldn't be sending it anymore. So it would just be more like a longer term investment...

really only a big program could buy them, because if someone bought them and couldn't immediately do 200 sales per day, Visa would cancel the account...

                I can't.

                No one understands this:

With new Visa regulations, each individual webmaster is responsible for their charge backs.

If traffic stops, the charge back ratio increases dramatically.

Visa requires everyone to maintain a 2.5% threshold, and if you don't, they blacklist your URLs.

So, with a constant influx of traffic, this is no problem, but when new sales stop, and there are only recurs, the ratio will go very high.

If your sites have a high chargeback ratio, I'm guessing they aren't too focused on quality.

They're cookie cutter sites just like all large programs' sites (Collectively speaking). The high CB are a result of cross sales, though.

Rule of thumb would be 6 month's multiple of the net profit?

I'm not posting the URLs here but if you really are serious please post your ICQ#, or email address.

However, again, this wouldn't be good for someone who is looking for traffic. Only for someone who could transfer these active members to YOUR Epoch master account and take in the rebills, and ONLY if you have already quite a lot of sales coming in steadily. New initial sales to these sites would stop as soon as I quit sending traffic, so it would only be a long term thing to take in the recurs, and buy some good front ends, I guess.

Nah, more like 3-4 I'd say...

If he's cross-selling and getting the chargebacks like he's sayin.

If its a site like quiets, or any other peeps that charge a lower rate, and have some loyalty, 6, 9, maybe even 12 months, would be safe, depending on what the maintence would be...

Just depends on how risky taking it over is, =)

                                              Hmm... Interesting.

I've sent traffic to Donnie before.

Basically he has a lot of really fucking good tours, they convert pretty damned well. A lot better than some of the other per signup programs I've tried.

However, the members areas pretty much suck honestly. I didn't care, since I was pay per signup. But, there is a "decent" amount of content there, it just needs to be laid out better I guess. Probably augmented with some new good fresh stuff too.

CB stuff I can't really comment on, no idea.

Oh well, my two cents. Good luck Donnie!

The reason I asked about the traffic is this....
Most of the deals I've seen where a program owner sells out don't work anything like what you're trying to do.

Normally the new owner buys the domains, tours, content, and all of the house traffic.
The previous owner keeps the rebills for 2 reasons,
                                                1) its almost impossible to predict how long those members will recur with as much as this business changes, so its really hard to come up with a fair price for current members
                                                2) It forces the previous owner to ensure a smooth transition, since they have money on the line. If the new owner can't run the members areas properly and the rebills go to shit, and you've already been paid for them, then the new owner gets hosed and you come out smelling like a rose.

Plus if you're getting out, and you're just planning on selling the traffic to another sponsor and collecting a check, why not just sell that traffic to the new owner prepaid?

                                                That's my
                                                sig too big

Does seem to me selling the url, site, it's member's , and existing traffic deal's would be the better way with a lump and a % if your wanting out?

Otherwise it would be very hard to attach a goodwill price, either way it's outa my leauge. Gota be some serious players here though that are gona throw you offers asap I would imagine. To good to pass up
