    I want to get t1..

    I think it's time to get t1 in my house, i'm located in AZ..any recommendations?

    Why? They're pretty outdated and there are a lot of better residential options. Get SDSL if you can, or if you really want a T1 just check your local loop charges to various ISPs in the area.

      Business cable net service would be easier and cheaper.
      I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...

        Man my cable modem whips my Full T1 at the office. My cable modem is nearly twice as fast as my T1. The only benefit of the T1 is the dedicated bandwidth. Which is only really good for running servers. Cable modems, DSL is a much more practicle solution unless you need dedicated bandwidth.
