Wholla! hahaha....33+ pages. Almost every billing company that had a huge assed contract is either out of business, or ripped me off. DMR springs to mind. On the other hand, Jettis has a whacked out contract and they are good as gold.

I didn't read it, just initialed it. Faxing it soon. Once the site starts making money with acpay, I will switch processors to another. All these contracts say is basically you are fucked if anything goes wrong. I remember the DMR contract, and having to sit in our lawyers office while we went over it.....Originally posted by jact

Shall do. DMR fucked us for over 20k USD. Acpay seems ok so far, very responsive. I just want to see how hard they scrub. I filled out the client form early today on their site and they e-mailed the contract a couple hours later. I will fax it now, and see how long it takes for them to set it up.Originally posted by jact

You don't have to fill out many of the pages, maybe like 5 of them.

We have been using them for 7 months now.
