Not wanting people to starve and kids to work in sweat shops is common sense, not emotions. Not wanting US friendly dictators placed into power to take total control over the slaves (err citizens), is common sense, not emotions. Rather seeing people eat food than a CEO get a bonus is common sense, not emotions.
