    Best Software for Cutting up Mpegs?

    I need to cut some .mpg's into a bunch of clips... what's the best proggy for this?

                          Great thx for the suggestions.. I'm gonna check out both of them.. I also heard about TMPG Encoder.. gonna give that a test run as well
