Being that this is an open forum, I think only Lensman or Eric or Hoax should have the power to ban! ( I have yet to se them do it for personal reasons)
I like Amp by his posts, and I truley enjoy some of the shit he throws out there for debate, (but sorry amp, I think you are to quick and to liberal with your bannings, and threats of banning all the time)

for example ...when Smokey bashes everyone, and they cry to you Oh amp please ban big bad smokey cause he has struck a nerve..... that is not a good reason for banning, even if you like the person whose nerve was smote, (or even if it was your nerve that was struck) but when smokey fucks with the actual operation of the board he deserves to be banned...
