That all depends on how viable the sperm are. Very few sperm actually reach the egg, and they are always the strongest... So I guess numbers would increase the chances, however it's how strong (viable, strong swimmers) they are that gets them there. I guess you could always just dress them all up in little capes and tights for that extra morale boost! *wink*

Really though, factors like smoking, drinking, drugs, even ambient temperature can affect the viability of your sperm, so if you're TRYING to get someone pregnant, you should probably consult a physician for more in-depth advice..
