Emma, the support isn't the best. I'm missing a webmaster forum.
But I can't complain about them. I don't think that they cheat smaller webmasters. The checks are the problem. They should offer wire payments, and all the check trouble (esp. for foreign webmasters) would be gone. Nastydollars offers a wire payment for a $12.50 fee. This solution is working fine.
But a payment via checks sucks. It needs 4 weeks until the check is cleared (in Europe) and I have access to the money. Plus one week shipping (for the check). 5 weeks to get the money on the bank account is a very long time...
