When you say we were spamming message boards, did you mean that someone in our system was spamming about it on a bunch of boards, OR that someone in our system was using a button that advertised another board?Comment

No offense, but its Lensman's board and he can do with it whatever he wants. You should not rely on 1 messageboard for the effective operating of your project.Comment

Sig Swap was advertising a message board service. That's the problem with a third party service like yours, we have to police who is being advertised. If there is a banned spammer or something, you can sell or trade him ads. That doesn't work for GFY.Originally posted by Jak

Let me make it clear though that SigSwap in no way relies on GFY to effectively operate. We deliver tens of thousands of impressions per day on forums all over the place. The impression count from GFY is about 5th down the list of impression counts of the top forums we're used on, so being banned here won't make that much of a dent. I just don't like getting banned for something without even knowing it happened and without any warning.Comment
