Anyone using "Chameleon Confirmer"?

Picked up Chameleon Submitter + Confirmer yesterday, and the submitter program seems to work great, but for some reason the confirmer doesn't work at all. I give it my server information and it tells me "Invalid login or password" no matter what I enter. I've checked my server logs and it never even attempts to login to check mail, anyone know what the deal is? I sent an email off yesterday to the Chameleon people but haven't gotten a response, so I figured I'd ask here.

I've tried on both XP Pro and 98SE (Figured it might be a problem with XP but the same thing happens on 98SE). Any input would be appreciated.
