I think that if you want to get 3 signups a day SE is great, and can convert like 1:30, but if you want to get 100 signups a day, then there is nothing like email lists

AVS traffic is cool, because it is highly filtered. You get hugh conversions, but of course, that goes hand in hand with low traffic. Still, pretty damned efficient.
Buying AVS traffic would ruin the point.

1000 hits from AVS is better than 100.000 from TGP gallerys - why.
1 - AVS surfers are more willing to pay (since they payed for the AVS already)
