Im assume that first you will buy the land and then you will get approval to build on it. Im right?
Its a legal process in most of the countries,lets say you didn't do it and just came to the land and build you house there, your govermant will not destroy it?

question is of course, would they do the same with an Israli's house. Normally in a western democracy, you can get the permit afterwards, if for some reason you can't build there, then there shouldn't be build a house there for the coming 15 years, 'cause of zoning laws or something
