Why would all these top adult internet company's settle with them?
To leave the others in the cold?
If these patents are so laughable..why did major company's settle?
Are people here smarter than the lawyers that were paid 100's of thousands of dollars to settle?
Unless there was stock manipulation? Or some back door deals with certain company's to put the squeeze on others?
I wonder if Acacias problem with stock pump and dump will come around again?
Didnt the FTC file on them before?
