the thing is, Brandon doesn't come off like the usual porn guy just throwing insults.
lots of what he says is substantive.
and any investor with half a brain can't dismiss what he says.

there is another issue that people don't talk about much.
even IF the patent is not invalidated acacia will never see the serious revenue that it thinks.
there is a time line on the patent.
and right now as i write this people are preparing their business models to work around it.
clue: there are places in the world where acacia's attorneys can't touch the money.
there are places in the world that have internet connectivity that can provide hosting.
and there are new e-commerce models that acacia cannot shut down.
