If I were you I won't be so sure. We only can bomb, because partisan war on the enemy's territory almost never comes so quickly.Our forces will have control of the country in less than 10 days. There will not be the prolonged bombing campaign that took place during the first Gulf War.

i didn't compare them. Every war is different, but it is at least stupid for someone to be sure for the duration of a war. History proves it. There are war factors we do not consider till we face them.Comment

The Vietnam war would have ended in a single day with the use of Nukes. It would have ended within thirty days with an all out bombing campaign using conventional bombs. It would have ended within three months using ground troops by invading the North. Our country and its assets have been under attack by terrorists for more than a decade and that is why "war" was declared upon "terroist orgs" after the 9/11 attack. The terrorists went a "bridge to far".
