wtf! my body can't process protein

...in any significant quantities that is...

several months ago i supposedly gained a lactose intolerance and i couldn't drink milk anymore...

then i got lactaid... for awhile i was able to drink that fine, but then it started bothering my stomach so i can't drink that anymore...

now i've tried 2 different kinds of lactose free protien drinks and my stomach hurts after those, and also tried soy protien, which also hurts...

what the fuck is going on?!!?
before this happened i was goin all out on protien (atleast compared to what i had done before).. for a month i was gettin approx. 200g's of protien a day (i was around 180) and then this shit happened...

im starting to think i fucked something up... :\

    any ideas???

nope, already tried that... i got Mega Whey from GNC...

i'm thinking the problem has to do with my body not being able to process any high amounts of protein at once, but i dont know. notta doctor. thats the only reasonable explenation tho.

lactose intolerance means your digestive system can't deal with lactose - doesn't mean you can't get protein from other sources of protein like meat and semen.

Dairy products have lactose, so those are out, they have fake non-lactose products but you say Lactaid is now making you sick too. Ok, write off dairy products. Stick to steaks, burgers and semen and you will have all the protein your body needs.

well yesterday i finally thought i found a protien drink that doesn't jack up my stomach (soy protien from gnc)... but later on that day it jacked up my stomach, so just to be sure i had another one tonight and yep, sure enough 2 hours later its all coming out, ALL. great.

so yep, next step = doctor.

ehh.. well i'm starting to ..seriously... get into lifting... and i've heard from many people its always good to get your body weight in grams of protein, or around it atleast...

it'll be real hard to get that many grams of protein w/o any protein drinks, lol. as far as i know, that is.

                            I have the same problem.

Just make sure there is some food in your belly and the problem seems to go away. I don't drink a protein shake for breakfast anymore because my stomach is empty and it gets upset. I also make sure not to have protein shakes for 2 meals in a row.... always have some real food in between.

If you are really pumping in the proteins you should be eating 5 or 6 times a day..... just make sure to alternate your protein shakes in that cycle.

Oh god... your body weight in grams of protein every day
Think of it this way: how much mass is the absolute maximum you can gain? Right. And what's the rest of all that protein gonna do?

Stop whacking off 4+ times a day and you could probably save the amount of protien you're taking in!

Anti Estrogen Supplements should help, you can pick them up at GNC and I really think its worth a try.

I had the same problem and that helped me, in these days I take in anywhere from 160-240gm a day and use:

100% Pure Low Carb Isopure with 50 grams of 100% ION Exchange Whey Protein Isolate, make sure you do not mix it with warm water but rather cold water.

But I really know very little about your diet.

Do you eat lots of oily fast food?

That sucks, I wouldn't know what I would do if I couldnt eat proteins. They are required for muscles and stuff, and well I work out every other day. Why dont you try some chemical proteins, like pills or something, i dunno.
