yep im agree the account would be flagged
but if you CONTACT the sponsor, asking to not get paid for the sign-up (anyway if they offer free trial or cheap one, you can cancel it and it would cost you a lot) but you will sure know if all sign-up were counted or not. The hitbot traffic is only to not have a 1:1 ratio who will sure look like fraud
