I got a message from them a few weeks ago that I check that they sent me was returned because my address was wrong. I checked in their backend, and my addie was correct. I email and told them the situation and within minutes I was told that my check would be sent out with the next round of checks, which was yesterday. Hopefully it'll show this time.
Other than that, no complaints. And that's not really a comlpaint, because Carol, their support lady was on top of things.
