Just got back from fucking hospital mid morning with my really groggy girlfriend.

We were celebrating a birthday (mine), she went down stairs to get a drink ... took it upstairs and 4 mins later she couldn't stand and was having trouble moving. I never realised those date rape drugs were so quick to act! There is a new one doing the rounds here in Australia that is undetectible, tastes like coke, and almost instantly desolves into the drink.

Got her to hospital, lost her pulse a few times on the way while she was frothing at the mouth and convulsing. fucking scarry shit. She can't remember a single thing except flashes.

Ever had an experience with that kinda shit? Any long term effects?

My bro had some friends over from GA, they went out, someone spiked one of the girls drinks and it took less than 10 mins for the girl to fall on the ground and go into seizures.

The girl was rushed to the hospital and released the next day.

She seems to be OK now. (then again.... she is from GA ;-)

They sell little test strips to dip into your drink to detect most "date rape drugs". I'm not sure if they are available outside of the states, but I know a lot of girls that carry them down here.

...better to be safe than sorry. My friend was drugged 5 years ago and woke up in a hotel in a different city.
