The list isn't accurate, just because a company has HQ outside the US, it doesn't make it foreign owned. Companies trade overseas all the time, to save money.
Just as a lot of Star Wars was filmed in Australia, New Zealand and Canada... it's good business to do things overseas. Doesn't make those parts of the film, foreign owned.Comment
