I've got a friend that's been unemployed for about 4 months and just had to move back in with his mother. He really needs it, but he would probably just use it to buy cigarettes...

No, more like "missed the boat" and is realizing now how much of a dingus he is for not doing what every other compassionate person has already done and he's scrambling to try to be like everyone else.
It's great that he's willing to do it and all, don't get me wrong... but I question his intentions on it 10 times over.
I have two tiny spots and from what I understand, it's just the begining.
how old are you? i have family with it, and apparently, if it doesnt come before your 20, then you should be fine and those spots might just be spots. but just in case, dont itch!

i have it too in the winter times. all over my fucking body, especially at my back. i hate it and i think, i will have that pain the whole life ...cause i am 27.
Here, I live in Argentina and I dont have money, thats why I have to work on the internet to get some bucks because its very painful to find a job here...
I just came from Sick Kids in Toronto where a long time buddy's 8 year old is spending christmas dying of cancer.
Take that $30 and go buy a mitt full of colouring books and a jumbo box of crayons. Take it in person and drop them off at any hospital, they all lack "good" toys in the common play area.
You know , most of the toys made in asian countries are assembled by poor, undernourished, sweatshop workers who if not nearly children themselves, get $2 or less a day to feed their families.
Sad that a toy, the manufacture of which is based upon exploitation and misery ends up in the hands of some well fed, maybe obese, Western kid with no clue as to the world outside his XBox and local McDonalds
