You can NOT do ANYTHING unless you ask them "can I help you" and they nodd, or in SOME way agree to be helped. If they are unconcious and you help them survive they can come back and sue you later.

In the US, you're allowed to do that, but it's too risky, because if you do CPR and you fuck up and crack a rib, they could sue you! It's like, would you rather have died or have a fucking cracked rib? I can't believe they could sue!
