Exactly. Other people draw the line at MORAL. Other people draw the line at LEGAL.

Frankly, I find it IMMORAL to push violent games on kids...but jackasses do it anyway.

It would be nice for EVERYONE to draw the line at MORAL...but as long as there's a divide between MORAL and LEGAL...people will profit from it.


Here's a tip: In the US...its LEGAL to not help someone when they are dying and begging you for help. There is no legal duty to help unless you have prior contractual or family relations with that person. Or you've begun to help that person but stopped. You can legally, in most states, watch someone bleed to death without lifting a finger to help them. Fucked up?! You bet. Morally wrong? Absofuckinglutely. Legal? Unfortunately, yes.

There's some Good Samaritan laws out there but they stop short of giving people an affirmative DUTY to help.
