I agree that he was, but like jim's post said, it is a moral issue, not a legal one. You are talking about a person (young person) that is NOT capable of discerning what is going on when it comes to that shit, not an adult who can decide if they want drinking, smoking, or porn in their life. Seriously though, it is NOT like the cigs/liquor reference, it is much worse than that. If you do your research on the subject, you will find not only that these poor kids are being sexually exploited, but that they are also traded and treated as slaves; ie: NON-HUMAN beings
