X-Man (aka Oracle Porn here) has been making threads of that kind, and also cussing out anyone and everyone and making the harshest statements he can to and about everyone he can on this board and every other board he can for a little over a year now.
He's been banned most places though for it.... being dumb is something he has to live with... but his constant attacks on people was something that most boards wouldn't stand for.
I even tried to help him at one point on another board, prevented him from being banned a few times thinking he just had to learn a little board ettiquette still... but no.... he never has changed his ways.
He still goes on "You're a moron" and "I did your sister in the ass" and "same to you nigga" crap... thinking he's cool.
Honestly, it wouldn't be so bad if only GFY would keep it's promise and stop his sig whoring. He's posting all day and all night here with all this dribble because he earns a quarter for it from TCG. It helps him pay his rent.
In his mind, as evident by his posts, he believes that the better he can insult someone, the more respect he'll get. He believes that's how it works here at GFY. He also believes that a post count reflects your status in the business. Thus, a lower post count than him means that he's the veteran and you're the newbie.

To answer your previous question: by 18, the brain is fully developed. The emotional structures have been laid etc etc.
Not that emotional maturity has come full circle, but the foundation is there and at that point, life experience as an ADULT will come into play. An 18-year old can make a concious decision as to what they are doing (including porn) maybe not the best decision for them, but at least they have the capability to become fully aware of their actions. Here's a tip: In the US...its LEGAL to not help someone when they are dying and begging you for help. There is no legal duty to help unless you have prior contractual or family relations with that person. Or you've begun to help that person but stopped. You can legally, in most states, watch someone bleed to death without lifting a finger to help them. Fucked up?! You bet. Morally wrong? Absofuckinglutely. Legal? Unfortunately, yes.
There's some Good Samaritan laws out there but they stop short of giving people an affirmative DUTY to help.
