How do you make your sauce?

I sautee onions, bellpepper, and garlic in butter. Then add parsley, cayenne pepper, and a couple other things. Then add flour and simmer a while. Add crawfish, velveeta cheese, and half and half. Boil the noodles. Mix together noodles and sauce in a casserole dish, top with parmesan and parsley. Bake for about 20 mins. It is awesome, and unable to be fucked up!
