They were quite refund happy when they started up (not sure about now). Some programs tried them but switched off of them, b/c giving out so many refunds didn't make per signup programs profitable. ARS used them shortly, everyone loved the increase in signups, ARS didn't like the decrease in the bottom line. Oxcash used them as their primary for a while, not sure if they are back or epoch is their primary.Originally posted by stocktrader23

I have been with Jettis for 2 years and they are great.
They are not "refund happy" and the customer service people follow a very detailed script/decision tree when people call looking for refunds.-12clicks wears fancy boots.Comment

Jettis is the only processor we don't use. They chased us for weeks and offered a great rate, but when we agreed to sign up they messed us around for ages with the paperwork and "compliance". Even iBill was more organised! lol

With all due respect, this is pure speculation. Jettis had 1 large client who had high refunds and it was due to the fact that their system and our system was not integrated as it should have been. Hustler and many other clients (large and small) have been using the Jettis system for years with very normal credit and chargeback ratios.
Also, Jettis continues to do substantial business with all of the parties you mentioned below........
I'm sure you didn't mean anything by your post, but I wanted to take the chance to be clear that this is simply not true....
