They havent admitted to shaving so I don't think they will close. If all of their webmasters stop promoting them they may have to rework their biz a bit, but I don't see that happening either.

most affiliate programs really only rely on their own traffic and about 5% of their affiliates as long as those relationships are kept intact, nothing will change...

Totally depends on their model. There's really no need to shave NOW. But when the antispam, CC regs, popup blockers, etc etc catch up to PPS, either they will shave hard...or (probably more likely) evolve into a differing model entirely.

Times they are a changing...and PIBCash is just the tip of the iceberg.
