They'll definitely lose a few people because of the scandal, but they may get through it eventually.

Sorry, but this issue is being talking about ferociously on pretty much all of the adult webmaster boards. I am a member of something like 12 boards right now, and there are threads about this going on all the ones I've looked at today so far.
But I disagree that they have to be ruined. If they are NOT guilty and can clear their name then I wouldn't be at all surprised if most of their top affiliates would continue to send signups, as well as many of their smaller ones. And of course there is nothing stopping them from buying traffic for their own sites to tide them over. They don't HAVE to be finished.... but as of this moment it isn't looking all that good for them reputation-wise.
